Our Service
Renuvait helps homeowners explore renovation ideas, submit project information, and connect with independent contractors, designers, suppliers, or other home-service professionals. Renuvait may also provide marketing, referral, and technology services to participating professionals.
Independent Professionals
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Renuvait is not the contractor performing renovation work. Professionals introduced through our platform are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Renuvait.
You are responsible for evaluating a professional before hiring them, including confirming licenses, insurance, references, permits, estimates, contracts, and suitability for your project. Any construction or service agreement is between you and the professional.
No Guarantee of Results
Renuvait does not guarantee that you will receive a match, proposal, project award, financing, permit, specific price, completion date, or outcome. Inspiration images, renderings, concepts, cost ranges, and timelines are illustrative and may differ from actual conditions or completed work.
User Submissions
You represent that information, photos, plans, reviews, and other materials you submit are accurate and that you have the right to provide them. You grant Renuvait a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, and share submitted materials as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to your request, create requested concepts, and connect you with relevant professionals.
Do not submit confidential information, financial account information, government identification numbers, or content you do not have permission to share.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, scrape or copy content at scale, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Intellectual Property
The Renuvait name, branding, website design, text, graphics, software, and other original platform content are owned by or licensed to SaaS Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
SMS Messaging Terms
When you expressly opt in, Renuvait may send text messages concerning project inquiries, appointments, service updates, follow-ups, and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Supported commands may include STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in request or otherwise provide fresh consent.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, products, or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Renuvait does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every project.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaS Solutions LLC and Renuvait will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, property damage, personal injury, contractor acts or omissions, project delays, or disputes arising from your use of the website, a referral, or work performed by an independent professional.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaS Solutions LLC, Renuvait, and their owners, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, our users, or legal rights.
